Through this forum i would like to enlighten many CUPIDERS about the negligence. irresponsibility and utter recklessness displayed by a site called ‘Cupidity by Karishma and Massumi’.
Recommended by a friend i happen to go on this , a shopaholic that I’ am have shopped from various sites but had a lil more expectation from this but alas i was totally disappointed.
To begin with i ordered for a tiny Sunglasses case which costed about Rs700. I really liked it and made the payment via my Debit card. One week later i email on the ID provided on my online receipt but the person Massumi replies asking me to Email on the other ID after i sent him/her reminder mails.
After a week i get a call from the delivery ARAMEX guy saying to keep Rs.700 ready for it is a COD !! Yeah right !!
On my repeated mails along with the online receipt of PAYMENT MADE and with a copy of my bank statement to Cupidity they reply saying don.t pay the delivery guy we have ur payment receipt. (Yes they make you prove) !!
Now the funny part is that its been a month and i still get Aramex people calling me repeatedly that they want to collect the Rs.700.
