I am here to share my experience with GAME4U ( owned by milestone ) .I bought the ps4 from game4u on 28th may, 2014 .. order no. 110181032. i thought since GAME4U is owned by milestone (which is the official distributor of sony products in india )they will be able to deliver the ps4 faster than anyone and that too in great condition . but boy was i wrong? Game4u sent me a faulty Playstation 4 , the system had no Diskdrive, it couldn’t play any games or movies. i immediately called there customer support and asked them for a replacement . they refused saying they dont provide replacement for hardware and asked me to contact sony regarding the issue . i was shocked! imagine spending 40 k on something and it comes faulty right out of the box. and the seller you bought it from refuses to replace it . horrifying right ? so guys please BEWARE OF FRAUDS LIKE GAME4U . DON’T DO THE SAME MISTAKE I DID ( NEVER BUY ANY GAMING CONSOLE ON GAME4U ) OR YOU’LL REGRET IT ALL YOUR LIFE.
