I m a student & i have a mobile.3 Days before my balanced was deducted due to a kind of service activation “Dial & Chat” cost Rs. 40. I had not applied for this service activation even on that day my mobile was switch off due to less charging. I had complained to the customer care care for this on the same day at 7:00 pm but they didn’t take my complain then they block my number for customer care call. On the next day i had complained again then they took my complain & say you will be refund your Rs. 40 of your service activation cost but today its more then 48 hours as they promised me but there is no any refund given to me. I am requesting for my refund & a charge applied on the Aircel company for the spontaneous activation of the service. Its not the first time they activate a service spontaneously.
Requesting a fast action in this regard.
