The service that samsung care provided me was a total loss. It caused me a total wastage of my time…Actually on date 14-07-2012 my mobile (samsung metro duos gt-c3322)showing error while connect the charger. so i went to the service care and asked them whts the problem ?They said that there is a problem in the IC of mobile. they said me to collect the mobile from service care after 2 days. But after 2 days they give me again 2 days time to collect the mobile. Again after 2 days they said me that there is a problem in the board (plate) of mobile and it will send to the samsung company. They again said that come after 2 days, after 2 days they said that mobile not repaired from company, so come after 2 days…..
I went to samsung care 7-8 times but they not give any answer that when i receive my mobile ?
It caused me a total wastage of my time….
