My sister was staying with a hostel addressed I-2,Vijay Chowk, Laxminagar for 45 days for the purpose of her 45 days training in HCL.She was staying at this place and was assured of proper security. But on 14th August, 2012 her laptop and mobile phone was stolen from her room around 7-8:30 a.m. when she was sleeping in her room. The owners are now assuming no responsibility of this and are saying that this generally doesn’t happen in out hostel.I kindly request you to look into the matter as we have not received the services we were assured of and instead had bear a heavy loss.
