my refrigerator stopped working on 24 august in the morning. at 10.30 I registered a complaint at their service helplines and I was given the complaint no.8445691458. after waiting the whole day an engineer walks in at 6.30 pm, looks at the fridge and proclaims that the PCb is faulty. he said he would get the part the next morning and fix it. the whole of 25th went by waiting for the man. he comes in at 5.30 and replaced the part. within 3 hrs the fridge stopped working again. no amount of ringing the man or the service centre he had come from helped as no one responded to the phone. the next day being sunday also went by without any one bothering to attend the complaint.today morning after againg calling them I was promised that the problem will be looked into. at 12.30 the same engineer walks in ,tinkers \with the fridge, says he will come tomorrow to fix it. five days to look into a fridge complaint with no hope that things will be sorted out even tomorrow. and this is Samsung. barely one month over the warranty period and this is how I am being harrassed.
