Still my money was not refunded

Hello,

I have bought the woodland sandal from Paytm.com,but due to uncomfortable with this product i had return back myself this product to retailer by professional courier (Emmadi associates, Hyderabad).I had confirmed with courier company that product is delivered on 14th Nov 2014.But retailer said that i have not received the product.
I have courier delivery receipt as a proof of product received by them.Kindly take action on them.
