Still did not Recived the Parcel from India Post

Iam Nikesh Jain and this is Concern Regarding my International Parcel I have Purchase Some Commemorative Coins from Online eBay.com from Overseas Sender Country Portugal and the Sender has Send me the 3 Parcle by Register Portugla Mail and the AWB#

And this 3 Parcel were Arrived to India and I was Shocked that PostMan was Asking me to Pay 15000 INR for this 3 Parcel and Itwas Said me that Indian AirCustom is Asking to Pay the Custom Duty But I Refuse to take it Parcel and Returned them But Still this Parcel has Not Arrived to my Seller in Portugal So Please this is my Humble Request you to Investigate on this Issue
