Hi Team,
My name is Madira Nagaraj and my order # CS731670 for Education+Employment and CS730815 for Job seek . As one of Timesjob Associate (Reshmita) told me that its 100% job guarantee program and will arrange 15 schedule interview out of 13 if am not selected the last two will be choice to convert them into Offer letter directly. So I paid the amount for both the services Rs.4499/-. After 3days i received a call from your Relationship Manager, she said its only job assistance but not the 100% job guarantee. So i called Reshmita (09555053759) his Supervisor Ronak answered the call, but no proper response . Next day also i called but Ronak answered the call, but such as stupid answers he is giving. Don’t have a little bit of common sense also for that fellow (Ronak). Am calling to clear my doubts but he is picking up calls and disconnecting and saying am busy now. When am keep on trying he said am going to get back u, but till now i don’t have any response from your team. So now i want to cancel my order both the order because of your complete misguidance and No proper response from your team. Every day i responding to Customer support and Mails also but no use of that. I don’t know what there problem when they are not capable to handling the issue why the hell they establish such stupid services.
Please help to get resolve my concern
