STILL AWAITING for my refund amount from Timtara

Please find the below details for your reference and details of communication…
· MY Transaction Id : 10101627
ORDER NO: 10227700,10227702,10227704.
Order Date: 31 Mar 2012 02:38 pm

· I had Ordered online & paid Amount of Rs. 10145/- through Credit Card. After several communication Timtara has confirmed me your order was cancelled because unavailability of product Dtd.05/05/2012. But STILL I AM WAITING FOR MY REFUND MONEY.

· SEVERAL TIMES I HAVE COMUNICATED TO CUSTOMER SERVICE BUT THERE IS NO RESULT.

Kindly interfere this matter & resolve this issue.
