I have ordered some products from star cj. At the time of ordering they clearly stated that if i dont like the product i can ask for an exchange or refund. They have mentioned the same clause in their terms and conditions form. But now when i am asking them to do a refund then they are telling that its not possible. And in the meantime the courier service(Gati) is also harresing us in order to return the products.
