Fraudlent Issues

Hi,

I am using TATA DOCOMO AND MY NUMBER IS 7276365937.

Yesterday I did following top ups:-
1) 150 Full topup- this does not have a validity, but I am getting messages that it will expire by Jan 30,2015.
This is the first issue, why the validity is only for 4 days when it is supposed to be life time.

2)300rs Full top-up- I did a full top-up of 300 rs, but I got only 267 rsTT and 33 service tax was deducted. I did the top up from rechargeitnow and the services is provided my TATA DOCOMO, so I cannot blame rechargeitnow for deduction of 33 rs. ThirdParty vendors are only using services provided by TataDocomo. I want my 33 rs back.

I called tata-docomo customer care and I wanted it escalated, but they disconnected my phone. They are cheating, cheats, is this how they earn money? Frauds.

Please look both these issues.
