SRS Pearl has incresed the price for alloted flates

I have booked a flat in SRS Pearl Faridabad Sec 87, with the Real Estate Builder SRS Real Eastate Ltd. at the time of booking they have given the advertisment that thier flat for 180 Sq.Yd amount would be Rs.16,00,000/- but now they are demanding more and more,

As per latter dated 02.06.2012 Rs.373/- Per Sq.Ft. has been raised by Haryana Govt. I have following query with respect to your latter:

On EDC

A. Total EDC chg. req. to pay (Rs373 X 1066) = 3,97,618
B. Less – EDC chg. paid so far = 1,87,616
C. Balance EDC Chg. to be paid (A-B) = 2,10,002

Query 1 : As per latter i need to pay Rs.2,10,002 on or before July 5th 2012, this means i am going to pay complete EDC chg due on my unit, and there will no balance dues on EDC chg, whereas in latter it is mentioned that “You will continue to pay the amount of initial EDC as per payment plan” when i am making 10% payment on EDC then why i am required to pay initial ED C charges?

Query 2 : Pls. send the Haryana Govt. notification on demand of revised EDC charges?

Query 3 : What is EEC charges includes and how much i am required to pay?

Query 4 : What is UCC charges includes and when i am supposed to pay the same?

Query 5 : Reserved covered car parking charges Rs.1,50,000/- it was understood from SRS pearl executive that there will be front gate car parking, even your broacher and pictures are also shown in the same manner, then why this extra car parking chg. I am not interested to buy car parking space.

Query 5 : Lift charges are also going to be impose on allottee, whereas at the time of booking lift provision was not there.
