Fake Bill Provided By Reliance NetConnect+ provider

Hello Sir,

This is Sangram. I have been using Reliance NetConnect+ connection for approximately an year, Started on Feb 2011 and wanted to disconnect it on Feb 2012.

I have made payments regularly (at the End of every Month). I was promised with the speed of 3.1 MBPS for this connection but I have hardly availed this speed (Experienced good speed during initial 5-6 months). Whenever I gave call to Customer care after 5-6 months, they used to say that there network is going to improve at my place then I will get good speed. Still I waited for few more months that Speed will be improved.
Finally, I have made a call on 21st Feb and 23rd Feb to ask them to discontinue the services as my bill cycle ends on 27th of every month. Customer care agent told me that they will initiate the process of disconnecting the connection and in order to discontinue the services I have even mailed to them stating that
“Thanks for your service. My Rel net connect+ no. is 9326716615.
I am using Reliance net connect+ since last Feb (Feb 2011), but from few days now I’m really very disappointed with the speed experienced.
I was promised with the 3.1 MBPS speed but rarely had I browsed with such speed. I have checked speed several times at speedtest.net, but per my observations I always found miserable speed. I called cc last month, registered my complaint. Some instructions were provided on call and processing agent was about to send setting which would enhance speed, till date I haven’t received any settings and I’m finding it very difficult to continue.
I would like to iterate as I said on call, I’m being offered with good internet package with lower charges. So I would like to discontinue with the service. Please consider this request at the highest priority and close it.

Sir, requesting you to have a look into this matter as now-a-days, I’m receiving message, call to Pay fake bill of 2064 otherwise they will drag me to court and asking me to meet at some place for setteling the matter. As I have stopped using services but they are still charging me for the services.
Calling and messaging daily are making me feel harassed and uncomfortable.
