SR Not closed and Legal Notice sent for non payment of bill

Name of company/service: Reliance Communication

Dear sir

I was using Relaince datacard no7483160374
i have sent so many mail to reliance customer care regarding by speed issue but no action was taken for that , but every month they waived some omount from my bill and even my complaint was not solved , i also sent them mail saying that i wont pay my bill amount till my complaint is solved , but now they have sent legal notice for the same , please do the needful
