Sir,
I have purchased a Onida Split AC during the month of October 2011. It is under warranty. From last one month it is not working. I gave a complain on 4th June 2012 and the copmplain no. is 12069966380131/Date 4th June.
After following several times with the customer care and Chennai (valachary) onida service center, they visited my house and after checking the service enginer told me that there is a gas leakage and some one from ouer company will come and fix it. As of no body from the onida comapny came inspite of following several times with customer care. Evey time customer care is telling they will fix it by today or tomorrow.
Service is very wrost althogh the product is under warranty.
Requesting you to take necesary action.
