Respected sir,
I purchased a spice mobile set from homeshop18 on dated 23rd April 2014, order no 943598295. Model no Mi-506. IMEI No. 911313250967523.
Hardly using for a month or two it started giving trouble. Talking with spice consumer care i handed the set at their service centre. They returned me back after 15 to 20days but to my dismay nothing has been sort out. Again talking to spice consumer care, I again submitted the set. This time they took more than 45days. I even mailed to them to replace my set on 16 july but they ignored my request and returned me the same set. Hardly a month passed it was getting auto switched off. Again i have to visit there. They kept the set for 10 to 15 days but this problem again started . I have mailed them several times to replace the set,it being a manufacture defect. The mantle harassment I undergo can’t be expressed in word.
For the fourth time i have deposited the set at their service centre on 20th feb 2015. And it is lying with them .No positive response seen from their end.

I have even register a complain with spice customer care and the complaint no. They provide is 0400040181
Kindly help me out of this situation.
