This is my complaints for MTS with lots of disappointment for your kind of service.
Unfortunately I do have purchased MTS data-card with below details and having Postpaid 3G plan for it with MTS.

Plan: 3G Postpaid
Actually I’m here with my complain for not getting 3G speed which I supposed to have and it’s kind of below 1G speed. If required I can provide screenshots for the same for reference.
In addition, below are the complain numbers to make the resolution for my problem but I never got any prompt response and resolution for that.

I really disappointed with MTS services and now they are asking for payment of Rs.1100 around for which they don’t actually provided proper services. I do have many screenshots for the same where speed is not there most of the times speed was in low ‘KBPS’ and sometimes it was so worst that the speed was in ‘BPS’
