I have Purchased 14″ Color TV in JAn’10. From that day i m not happy with there services.on 7th Sep. i lodged a complaint regarding Sound Speaker at Customer care they told me to take action with in 24 hours bt nthing happened,my complaint no. GUR-08091-00060.
Afta day i called to a Area Manager of Sansui in faridabad (MR. Narender Yadav)he also commit me to take action with in 24 hours & no action.Aftr that whn i called him again he tried to igore my call whn i called him from another number thn he pick up & said Sory sir we are not able to Service your TV,If you want to lodge any cpmlaint then you can.
Now pls help me out i dont want this TV with me any more…
