i have purchased a sony xperia z and the sony service center has denied giving me a replacement saying that the phone is water damaged and my phone hasent been close to water at all.sony had pratically robbed me and i am still paying for the phone when i cant even use it .plz help me out with this .if i cant get a replacement from sony atleast can i get my money back. thank you!!
