My NOKIA C3-01 mobile was malfunctioning and I gave it for repair at “I 2 I NOKIA CARE, Shree Ram Building, P V S Circle, M G Road, (Next to Mega Mart), Mangalore. Phone No. 0824-2496565” on 07-09-2013. After 7 days they called me and told the touch pad is not working. As there is no stock of this spare order has been placed and it will take 15 days. Now on 27-09-2013 I got a call that the mobile has been repaired and I may collect. On 28-09-2013 I went for collecting my repaired mobile. One lady attended me and she brought the mobile and I gave Rs. 1500. She asked me to sign in some paper. I requested her to check its working and after that only I will sign. But that lady was more keen in getting my signature only and not allowing me to verify whether the mobile is now working satisfactorily. She again asked me to sign as she had other customers to attend. If this is so who am I ? Am I not a customer. I also waited in he Q and when my turn came only then I was called. I did not want to further argue and I signed and took my mobile and came.
Now in my house when I switched on the mobile was working i.e the screen display came. But the keys are functioning. Also the light is permanently lit on the screen. So after spending Rs. 1500 my mobile has not been repaired satisfactorily. Now I request you intervene and solve my problem as I don’t have confidence in this service center.
