I HAVE PURCHASED A SONY HANDSET NAMED XPERIA TIPO DUAL ST21i2 ON 9th JANUARY 2013 COSTING Rs. 9900. AFTER 2 MONTHS IT’S PCB FAILED AND I HAVE TO GET IT REPLACED AS MY HANDSET WAS IN WARRANTY COMPANY REPLACED IT WITH ANY CHARGE BUT AFTER THAT I AM FACING TOUCH PROBLEMS EACH N EVERY DAY. WHEN I REPORT TO THEIR SERVICE CENTRE THEY SORT THE PROBLEM BUT IT IS TEMPORARY AFTER 2-4 HOURS MY HANDSET STARTS TO MALFUNCTION AND THE TOUCH PROBLEM STARTS AGAIN. THIS HANDSET HAS NOT WORKED A SINGLE DAY WITHOUT ANY FAULT AND SERVICE CENTRE IS TELLING ME THAT IN ELECTRONIC GOODS THESE PROBLEMS ARE NORMAL BUT IF THERE IS A PROBLEM THEY SHOULD REPAIR IT BUT AFTER REPAIR ALSO THE PROBLEM IS NOT SORTED FOR EVEN A SINGLE DAY.I HAVE REPORTED TO XPERIA SERVICE CENTRE ACCEL FRONTLINE LTD AT NIRALA NAGAR 5-8 TIMES FOR THE SAME FAULT OF FAULTY TOUCH. I WANT SONY TO REPLACE MY HANDSET AND GIVE ME A NEW ONE AS IT IS VERY INCONVENIENT FOR ME TO DAILY VISIT SONY XPERIA CENTRE FOR A REPAIR AND THE REPAIR IS ALSO NOT SATISFACTORY.
PLEASE LOOK THAT MY PROBLEM IS SORTED OUT.
I HAVE TO GREAT GREAT DIFFICULTIES DUE TO MY HANDSET FAULT.
I HAVE ALL THE JOB SHEETS WITH ME WHICH WERE GIVEN TO ME AT THE CENTRE.
THIS PHONE HAS BECOME PAIN TO ME.
