Breakdown of Compressr twice during warranty period

Location/place: Thane

Name of company/service: Whirlpool Fridge

I had purchased Whirlpool fridge in the month of Jan. 2013. On 9th May 2013, I had problem with my fridge and complaint with whirlpool customer Care (complaint No.
MB0513004465. Your service Eng. came and check the fridge and inform us that
compressor is not working and he replace the same on next day. We ask him whether new fridge had the compressor problem, what is the reson behind it. So he told us that
it may happen if the fridge may have damage during the transportation.

I request Whirlpool company to replace the fridge, and provide me the same make new
fridge, but your customer care people assure me that this problem will not happen in future.

Now today i have the same problem. There is no suficient cooling in fridge and no Ice
forming in the Fridger.

I here by request you to kindly look in to the matter and take necessary action.
