With sheer Grievance I want to say that I am really not satisfied with the Services of Sony Service Center for mobile handset.
I have a Handset – W8 , Few days back it had some problems in touch screen it was not working properly. I submitted it to one of the service centers in Gurgaon,Haryana on 11th July 2012.
The service person said that it will be returned in 10 days….I got the feeling why it would take so much of days for just replacing a part… But I said OK and waited for 15 days.
After 15 days when I called they said It will take 5 more days… and still they have no clue that when will they receive the Part and when the replacement will be done….
It’s just a 15 min task which is taking so much of a time…. If this is the case then why I have to submit the handset for so much time ?? U people can issue a Work order mentioning the IMEI No and give my handset back and meanwhile the part i delivered I can use the defective phone, but No they also want the phone to be in your service center … why So??? Please clarify
I am a privileged customer of sony over the years I bought many handsets even I was thinking to buy XPERIA S but now I dropped the plan because for a small phone you are taking that of a time then a smartphone like XPERIA S will take at least 1 year to get repaired…..
It’s very humiliating on Sony’s part that you they focus on selling the product not on its service if a customer buys your product then he/she thinks that SONY will provide good service but I am facing the reciprocal of this.
The Service Center Name is Shitiz Telecom and the Work Order No is SE312PST10794.
Now they are saying that duw to 15th August they are not able to send the part from chennai… I submitted the mobile on 11th July.. then why they did not send the part?? thats questionable.
Looking for some Quick action towards Sony. If any proof or document needed please let me know.
