harresment by the company to deliver the goods.

i have sent two bale of goods through afl logistics (returend goods).from bhilai to bhiwandi on 2/7/7 gcn :-70618461 .
as it is told to me of door dilivery of goods company persones waited for it till 30/7/12.
but they havent delived it till now 13/8/12.
on inquering about the goods they asked to pay 2000/- holding charges.
where is my falt its there duety to deliver the goods.
so pls help me out
