on first March 2013 I Purchased a Tablet Zync Z930 online shopping website Name Naaptol.com they deliver on third March after 3-4 days when i get chance to use that i found it was not working was turning on but on first screen it stays like when Computer getting hang i complaint to Naaptol they gave me the contact information of the company i got with the company they gave me address for the service center i was six KM far from my house i went there and found that was small mobile shop anyway that person took that and ask me to get a copy of my product bill when i got back it was ok i ask him what was wrong he said software was corrupt anyway i got back then i went out of country when i got back to India in April then i start using the Tablet again hardly i used that about a week and then same thing happen again i was so upset cause a brand new Tab having problem like this again and again i got with customer care again than they advise me to download the software for the tablet it was more than 10 time i talked to them and lost my money calling to them again and again i ask them to give me a replacement of that cause that one have some big problem with then i many time i tried to download the software as they direct me but i found that very hard to download i was kept talking to them about 3 week it was all going on then they stop receiving my call sometime they put me on hold 10-15 minutes and all those calls were charging me i last i went back to the same service center when i ask that person about that software they ask me to download he said that to download that software is impossible no could download that ever this time he said the same thing about the software problem he said that he tried but it does not working so he need to send that Tab to Company it will take about a month it was 14th May 2013 i gave that to the service center after 6-7 days when i called him again cause i left my Micro SD card in that Tab so they take care of my card to that time he said that the Tablet is still with him so he will mentioned that when will send it to company i ask him it is about a week and still he did not send it to company why he said that the boy was not coming after that many time i called to ask about then he they gave me some job cart number and last time about 10 days ago when i talk to him he said that the Tab is still in company and i need to talk to them directly once i got call from the Zync customer care asking if i got the Tablet back i said no i did not get that he said sorry and cut the phone now i am really very upset i dont want to talk to them i need my money back with all the expanses i did getting to the service center and making call to the customer care for hours it is about a 4 month i purchase the product and only 7-8 days i used it so dont need product like this i need my money back Companies like this think they can cheat customer like this selling a junk to the customers please Sir\Ma’am it almost two month they kept the Tab i want my money back please help me to make them understand that it is not that easy to cheat people like this thanks,
