Hi Team,
I bought a Mircomax Ninja A91 mobile on April 21th 2013. Within a month I started getting a display issue on the phone, When contacted the service center they checked and told that the touch pad needs to be changed and will replace that in 2 weeks. I insisted on giving a replacement of the phone as it was just a month old & it was a faulty device and more over it was’nt my fault at all.
But they refused to do so and told only the touch pad can be replaced and not the phone coz the rules says its only within 7 days that a phone can be replaced.
But a phone will anyway last for 7 days … Its only after using for few days that such problems will surface. So basically its a faulty device and I am supposed to use the same faulty device after its repaired.
I genuinely feel that the phone should be replaced instead of repair. Other brands will give a phone replacement in such cases and I have seen this in few of my freinds’ cases.
So, Kindly look into the issue and help me get a replacement.
