SOLD OUT A OTHER COUNTRY PRODUCT IN INDIA ILLEGALY

Name of company/service: S.K. COMPUTER SILVER MALL INDORE M.P.

Sir,
I bought a Dell inspiron N5110 service tag(s/n)2X1WLP1 FROM non authorized dealer S.K. Computers LG-9, A-Block, Silver Mall, R.N.T Marg, Indore (452001) Madhya Pradesh.
He sold out a laptop which one is not a product of Dell India and Dell should not give a service in a warranty period because according to Dell web link http://www.dell.com/support/troubleshooting/us/en/19/Index?c=us&s=dhs&cs=19&l=en&t=system
the warranty information shows that it was a product for Country: Europe, Middle East, & Africa
and after that it was ship to India on
Ship Date: 8/22/2011
and the technical support of dell consider my problem and give full detail about my laptop.
After that I got that point that is not a genuine laptop I want to replace or refund the amount of laptop but the dealer S.K. Computer Indore not replace with a genuine Dell laptop or refund amount of laptop on which I bought
Please take a proper action against him.
