pending address verification

Name of company/service: vodafone

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have purchased vodafone post paid sims for myself and my wife – 9852934757, 8587875577 on 9th July. The address verification should have happened by 11th July for activation of SIM. It has not happpened till now as a result of which I cannot use it. Customer care is always busy and helpless about it. Please direct them for better customer service.
