Sold one pair of shoe of different sizes No.7 & 8 to me.

On 26.12.2015, I Bought A Pair Of Shoe From M/S. Shoe Mart(Bill Attached) From Where We, Our Family Members Buy Shoes For Last 30 Years.

Now, The Father (Shop Owner) Does Not Come To The Shop. His Son Runs The Shop. He Also Knows Me And My Family Members.

He Sold One Pair Of Shoe To Me After Showing To Me But When He Packed The Shoe, He Put Two Sizes, Of Which, I Was Not Aware. When, I Came Back Home, I Noticed That One Shoe Is Not Fitting To My Foot.

27.12.15(Next Day), I Visited The Shop And Told Why You Have Done This. Then The Present Shop Owner(Son) Told Sorry, He Would Change The Same. In This Way, He Gave Four(4) Separate Dates To Me, Which I Attended, But, Ultimately, He Did Not Change The Shoe.

On 30.12.2015, On My Demand, He Wrote On The Backside Of The Cash Memo No.1876 – Dtd.26.12.15, “Due One Pair Zyrox Shoe Size 7 No. Item No.2010”.

On 06.01.2016, I Again Visited The Shop And Asked For Replacement, And We Had Some Hot Exchange Of Words, He Told “Don’t Show Me Anger, You Will Not Be Able To Do Anything”.

Eventually, He Did Not Change and did Fraudulent With Me. And Forcibly Gave Me A Pair Of Shoe Of Size No.7, Which Was Neither As Per My Choice Nor Fitted To Me And Finally, I Gave It To My Son.

P.S. He Also Was Reluctant To Issue A Cash Memo, Saying That “Cash Memo Will Not Be Required, As You Are Our Old Customer”, However I Pressurised For Cash Memo, Then He Issued To Me.

AFTER THAT I WENT FOR A TOUR TO DELHI AND SURROUNDING AREAS.

He also cheated one shoe seller’s Rs.5,000/- who sells shoe on Station Road Khardah, North 24 Parganas near Surya Sen Nagar, on the Station Road. After exhaustive follow up by the shoe seller, Shoe Mart owner refunded the money.
