Sold a dress which is deffective

I purchased one ready made dress. Which has been altered by their tailor. He din’t do proper job and i asked them for exchange but they din’t consider my complaint and their staff are rude with me. Still i am trying to convinve them but no reply. For last one month i am talking to them and trying to convince but they are not ready to exchange it. Please help me.
