I am here to bring notice to everyone about the service provided by NOKIA now a day.
I have purchased Nokia Lumia 720 on 1st May 2013 and it was working until yesterday(29th Nov) when I found its touch pad is not working. So, I visited Nokia care where they looked into my mobile and told me that its touch pad is not working and need to replace, but they don’t have it in stock.
They also informed me that many touch pad issues are pending and it will take around 1 month time to make spare part available and that too not guaranteed.
Then they asked me to visit another Nokia care center to check if it is available. When I visited another Nokia care center they told me the very same thing.
How can mobile company like NOKIA is providing such service, waiting for 1 month is not at all a solution. This is not a micro oven which can wait, it’s a basic necessity of today’s life and Nokia expect their customer to wait for such long. When Nokia need this much time to repair new handset they should at least provide a substitute handset for that period.
Now the problem is that after purchasing Lumia 720 I literally don’t have any phone to make a call. I feel that Nokia is only good for low budget mobile.
