faulty shoes

hi i bought sports shoes of tracer company from ranjit avenue amritsar showroom few months back. i was given gift by my relative. now i have started wearing and problem coming is that leather is breaking and removing from shoes. when i showed to them they said they will send this to company. after week i asked them about shoes they said that its customer fault and i scratched shoes against some hard object and they wont do anything. then i contacted them at this number.9780888623 they said to give them pictures of shoes and model number which i sent same day. now they are saying to give them bill of shoes which is not possible as we dont know that after buying shoes we are going to face this problem and to keep every bill is impossible. i wore those shoes just 4-5 times and big cuts are coming on them. kindly ask company to change shoes as they are of 1300 rupees and this amount is not small. their address in their site of www.tracerindia.com is ADDRESS: HIKE DISTRIBUTIONS PVT.
