ICICI Bank ATM Problem

Hi, I have withdrawn 500 Rs from non ICICI ATM ( Axis Bank ATM) and I got a report that 10,000 and 500 rs has been deducted from my account and that to in a span of 1 sec as informed by ICICI Bank. I have logged in the Complain in ICICI bank and they are asking me to wait and wait from past 5 days to get my amount reversed. When ever i call them they say as its a case of Non ICICI ATM it will take some time and its 5 days since this incident happened. Incident date: 24-11-2013 ICICI Bank complain Number : 292570855
