I took a rojo sofa set from Home Centre on 15th oct’11. Just after a year the leather of the sofa set started coming oit. After repeated calls to Home Center customer carefrom 5th Nov’12 they did not take any action till April 30th 2013. On aapril 2013 i had to eventually go to the shop and afterwnquiry as to why no action has been taken on my complaint the customer Care manager Mr. Vignesh said that they will send one person to examine the sofa set and then will bring the sofa set to their warehouse for mending. The same was done on 2nd May but no receipt or bill was given to me with any specific date as to when the sofa will be delivered again.However, Mr. Vignesh said that it will take some 15 days. On the 15th day when i enquired Ms. Swati another employee at customer care home center said it will take another 15 days. After another 15days when I did not get any information from them, I went to the shop again where I met Ms. Swati and Mr. Kumar – store manager. He said that he was sorry for the delay which happened as their was lot of backlog complaints and confirmed that the sofa will be delivered by 25th July. Around 20th July, I got a call from Mr. Vignesh confirming my new address as I had shifted my residence and he also confirmed that the sofa will be delivered the next day. From that day till today i have been following up with them but they are not giving any infoation on the sofa set delivery. I have been harrased due to all this mentally and have wasted alot of time following up with them but I have not got my sofa set deliveted yet. From a big brand like Lifestyle home center this is just not expected. The Home center is located at Alwarpet, chennai.
