Deduction Of Balance

Location/place: Ambala

Name of company/service: TATA DOCOMO

I have been provided with false and fraud information from TATA DOCOMO customer care. Due to this my Rs. 50 balance has been deducted. They also have accepted their mistake but they are refusing to return the deducted balance. Kindly help.
