Name of company/service: home town , future groups
we had purchased a sofa from home town,banagalore, last year.we are facing a lot of problem with it. we call the company everyday.once a staff member came and took picture of the furniture too but no action has been taken after that. the guarantee period is going to end soon.
the company representatives call everyday saying they will visit us and take necessary action, but nothing has been done yet. they keep pending it.we are facing this problem from january 2012
