hi sir ,
My name is imran shaik i have
travelled from hyderabad to bangalore on
8th july 2012 from shameem travels booking
a ticket from red bus.in . I really pray to god
that no one even my enemy should get any
chance to travel by that bus again in the life
because
1) First of all i have been promised that bus
will be departured by 9:15 pm but the bus
arrived on 11:45pm and no one has informed
us about this delay in prior.
2) i was been allotted a different seat once i
board the bus
3) i was not given any option to speak about
my place or seat change
4) i was made to sit in the last corner seat of
the bus which i dint book intentionally even it was available in other buses with good rating
5) the engine heat was burning my skin
behind my shoulders
6)there was no A/C blower anyway near the
seat
7) the bus was producing lot of noice and as
well as heat which even burnt my skin
8)when it started raining i felt water drops
falling on me and on few of the passengers in
front side
9)when i tried to ask the staff to help me out
with this problem they started speaking
rudely, they said i have to forcefully sit on
the seat or i have to get down the bus in the
middle of no where, When i requested a lot
to the first driver he made me sit in the cabin
for not more than 1 hour and when the
driver got changfed again the same problem
the cleaner of the bus again started creating
a problem i asked him to sit in my seat to
know my pain of burning sensation but he
started using abusive language and the
driver started saying go and sit in your seat
or else i will stop the bus here in the jungle, i
atlast begged them i want to sit down to
rescue from the heat but they forced me to
go back and sit on the hot seat which was just
like a hot furnance.
10) I just want to ask one thing i paid so
much of amount just to get the comfort but it
was like a night mare when i travelled by this
bus i always rely on redbus to book my
tickets but this is really not so happening
because redbus should not allow such kind of
buses to put their ads in the list so that they
will get punished.
11) The amount of pain which i suffered
should not be suffered by any one else that is
why i dediced to file this case in consumer
court.
I sincerely want these people to be
punished so that next time after paying so
much of money any person shall not face this
kind of problem which i had to face.I request
the authorised person to take action against
the travels and not to put such kind of travels
in the red bus list so that they will not get
any customers who really feel redbus is a
great service and at last has to suffer only
because they trusted the name” REDBUS.IN”
