SNAPDEAL – NO RESPONSE – NO INVOICE FOR THE SUPPLIED PRODUCT.

Details of my Complaint: Self placed the Order for Mobile Nokia Lumia 620, vide Order No. 2861790510, Placed on : 2014-09-17 14:52:07. And received the payment confirmation along with Sub Order 3880364278, Seller : CromaRetail. The product delivered to me on Tue Sep 23 13:00:00 IST 2014 by BlueDart Courier, BUT WITHOUT RETAIL INVOICE. Self logged the complaint vide complaint No.9573003 with the above concern, dated 23rd Sep’2014. Requested for immediate reply. Got reply by Snapdeal Support, on Sep 23 21:56 asking to send the IMEI No. of the phone to resolve the issue and self have forwarded the mail with IMEI number of the mobile Nokia Lumia 620 of 356715054963817 on 24th Sep’2014. FROM 24TH TO TILL DATE THE ISSUE IS PENDING and self done enough follow-up by phone, though telephone help desk gives false assurances. The detail of my phone calls are given below: 2014-09-29 12:04 2014-09-30 13:32 2014-10-06 16:58 2014-10-08 16:37 I am very unhappy as I am concerned with the NOKIA warranty support without proper Invoice. How can we justify the product purchase/ manufacturer warranty without Invoice. Please resolve my issue. Regds Biswajit Sarkar.

    I feel you have not read my detail complaint. I have already written to you from 23rd sep,2014 and following up till date. Every time your customer care executive attend my call and tell that they are working on this. I do not understand, how it is taking almost three weeks to send a scanned copy of retail invoice for which I have already paid on 17th sep,2014.

    Also, the nokia Lumia 620 phone you have sent with IMEI No. 356715054963817, showing “OUT OF WARRANTY” in microsoft website. it seems you have sent a fake phone to me, which you do not want to mention in invoice.

    I had a belief on Snapdeal for which I brought several items online, now that is fading.
