Snapdeal – Not refunding my money

I have ordered a Ray Ban Aviator sunglass (RB3025 L2823) online for INR 3702 on 24th October. I got the delivery of the product on 3rd November. I found out that the product model is different from what I have ordered, even the size is quite large and does not fit me well. Hence I immediately ordered for return the very next day on 4th November.
Since 4th November, I have made more than 20 calls to Snapdeal customer care executives till date, but I did not get even a single response from Snapdeal. First they asked me to courier the product by myself as they did not want to take reverse pick up. The sun glass being a fragile item, courier companies denied to deliver the product. Bluedart is asking INR 2000 for the delivery that too with an indemnity letter signed by me that Bluedart is not responsible if the product gets damaged in transit. Snapedeal has denied to reimburse me the courier charges when I communicated the same to customer service even when they have promised me earlier over email that they will reimburse the courier charges.
Snapdeal is neither taking the reverse pick up nor agreed to reimburse the courier charges. This is purely a fraudulent act on the part of Snapdeal to not accept the return and refund my money. My money has been blocked by Snapdeal for one month for no rhyme and reason.
Snapdeal has never responded to my emails or revert back though in every call I have made they have promised a call back which has never happened. It clearly shows the fraudulent intentions and acts of Snapdeal and its customer service executives.
I urge the consumer forum to take action against Snapdeal, its promoters and customer care executives. In fact, Snapdeal promoters and customer executives should be booked under Indian Penal Code, 1860 for frauds and sent behind bars. At the same time, I should be indemnified for the time and efforts I have spent and wasted in writing emails and making calls to customer service team.
Please action on this at the earliest.

    I have purchased one blackberry mobile (Z-10, White Colour)from Rediff online shopping on 25th Sept (Order Number 10465730). Latter on I found that it contains only seller warrantty so After payment I immediately called and dropped mail to rediff that I don’t want the product and wanted the money back because it does not have blackberry warranty. But they dispatched the product after 10 days even after my complain. I got the defective piece and asked again for refund. They told me that they will send courier person for pick up. after lot of follow up and mail courier person Aramax comes after 25 days for pick-up and they delivered the product to the vendor. I sent the receipt and online delivery confirmation to rediff on 22 nd November and again starting followup. Every day they just tell me that my complain has been forwarded to the respective team and action will be taken care of. Till today I am getting the same response and still not got my money back. I also tried to get in touch with their seniors but none of them transferred the calls to their seniors and I have not got any calls from them. I am asking you that is there any way or process in Indian penal code so that this type of company or its CEO will sent behind the jail for cheating customer and not refunding money.

    Requesting you to please let me know the Indian penal code so that I can file case against them and take my money and all the expenses which incure during the case.

    You should visit consumer court and file a complaint statement. If your query is still not resolved by the concerned company, you should file an FIR against the company’s promoters and management to book them against fraud under Indian Penal Code
    Post FIR, Police will be legally bound to take action against them.

  4. Snapdeal is not refunding my amount back they have registered my complain but then too they are not refunding product amount.
    I have placed ordered on 28 April 2018 and what ever I had ordered they had not send me that product the product and packing was in bad condition.and product was also different
