snapdeal order non delivery

I am Swati. I have bought 1 soft toy from SNAPDEAL, my order no is 2630494398, product code is 3574973938 (Dimpy Stuff Cute Brown Medium Master Bear Soft Toy-33 cm) , i have placed the order on 15th august 2014 and today is 28th august 2014, the product is shipped through velex logistics ( awb no 92210712362 ) and promised to be delivered on 23rd august 2014, but 5 days past from promised delivery date and the product is still not delivered, further when i tried to track my shipment on velex logistic order page, status showing ” STATUS :CUSTOMER REQUESTED FUTURE DELIVERY

TIME :12:30:21
REMARK:Rec on 25/08/14″ which is a total lie, as there is no such request i made to them over any mean ( over phone or by mails). Rather from 23rd august I informed and requested several times both SNAPDEAL and VELEX LOGISTICS about the non delivery of this shipment over phone and mails, but no satisfactory result comes only a complain ticket (Complaint Number:8736323) was given every time . All these cause lots of customer harassment , nothing else. Now i want clarification and my product both, pls help

  2. The same thing happened with me. My product delivered on 11th Dec. I requested them to deliver ASAP . I called and wrote as well to velex company to deliver it ASAP and they promised that I will receive it by monday(15th Dec). I am waiting since morning for the product even called twice, they were just telling I will get it. Now it’s 5:20PM and I again called them. I got replied that their staff is not there to deliver so I will get it next day. i requested them that please come till half way and I will also come till half way so that they can handover on midway but they totally refused.It’s the 2nd time when it happened with Velex, last minute they don’t have staff. If they have such problem, they should stop their company.
    I think 1 out of 100 parcels request to process on priority but they are unable to do this.I am highly dissatisfied the service. Nobody can rely on such comapny
