Snapdeal Online Fraud. Cheating customer. Robbing customer’s money. Sent old damaged product not returning or refunding in 7 day return policy

I ordererd Prestige Pkpwrc 1.5 800 stainless steel electric kettle online from Snapdeal Online Shopping mobile App on 31st august for 1595 rupees and they delivered an old kettle with crack at the bottom & scratches in other parts , the kettle was improperly packed in a broken box . I registered return request within 7 day return policy from snapdeal on 6th september. But they did not schedule a pickup & sent me a message on 8th september that they closed the return request. When i called them they said it was their fault & they will solve the issue & get back to me later. Then they called me on 9th september in the morning from this number +911244156000 to tell me they will not return my product because their is a problem, i asked them “what is the problem ? ”
They did not tell me, & adamantly refused to return the product & even after requesting them for several minutes on the phone they did not give me any information as to what the problem was ? They kept saying its their company policy & they cannot tell .
They are cheating & robbing me of my hard earned money , did not send a new product , sent old damaged used rejected factory product with lowest quality plastic & for much higher price than the original MRP ( maximum retail price) of the product. Their customer service talks to the customer in extremely inconsiderate , rude & inhumane way & gave me immense amount of stress by requesting them but they were adamantly refusing to return or refund & giving false excuses to shield their illegal fraud which resulted in my high blood pressure & made me sick. This is online fraud, cheating & fooling customer, taking wrong advantage of cuatomer’s trust & hard earned money & not delivering 100% new product.
I request the concerned authoritues to look into the matter & help me in returning the product & get my full refund as i had submitted return request within snapdeal’s 7 day easy return policy & still they did not schedule pickup & are giving unreasonable false excuses to cover their faults.

I want to return the product of
Epson Multicolor Ink Pack of 4
Order ID: 21261408704 & Order ID: 21261313961 but non of the corer person come or called or sms me then how can i communicate ?
And on 27/03/2018 3.27 pm yours snapdeal executive call me from 911244156000 number for conformation of return and i conform to return the above mentioned products but today on 29/03/2018 I get a Mail that return request closed but why.
I think U snapdeal company is trying to cheat their own customers and pusing them to the different online shoping sites, one day snapdeal will have no customers for their greater policies. and I have the Recording conversation of snapdeal executive on 27/03/2018 3.27 pm I have send the attach the recording.
please Help.

People who are reading this message should stop using snapdeal
dont try to use thier website or app they will hold your money by cancelling your order and they will update product delivered ,
You can go reivews in twitter or google just type snapdeal who will find huge customers,
all are unprofessional from company they are not fit to work in company
taking more than 7 days time to deliver and when the deliver date comes they will cancel or they will say product delivered or they will cancel the ordere and not return money.

i would recommend people to post message here we will make document one day and meet CEO and will call TOI, ANI Report to the company let them publish article they should be ashamed of seeing the news .

they dont have guts to handle the complaints or reply to emails,
playing with toys in office and chatting each other.

Big idiots are working in company.

Snapdeal is a fraud…..they sell….. duplicate product under the name of brands……and they even don’t return the same…… Even if you are falling under there 7 days return period….. manufacturing defect or any other problem……KUCH MAT KHAREEDO BHAI.
