Ecommerce BPO Fraud

We are from Silver Elephant Info Solutions Pvt Ltd. I would like to caution everyone about Mr Rohit Kumar(Mobile 7838219888, Mr Vipin Singh mobile 9870114056 from Delhi and Noida respectively who are involved in outsourcing Inbound BPO process alongwith one Mr Yash claims to be working for Speedy Riders.com a online Bikes accessories portal. They are trying to get agreements done on behalf of one KL Business Solutions a Partnership Firm run by Mr Lokesh Sahu and Kamlesh Makode with two more partners, which claim to be Business partners firm of SpeedyRiders.com with no agreement or partnership deed with them. Moreover Mr Yash and his team have been operating from the an email ID of [email protected] without any designation of Mr yash (Mobile 9582095333). Moreover, on behalf of Speedy Riders the agreement was signed by some authorised signatory, not any one of the four partners and when asked for the documents of the company and partnership with SpeedyRiders. com, they refused.Instead Mr Yash behaved like an uncouth Don. In addition they quoted a company called Outsource 24×7 as their technology partners and demanded nearly 10 lacs as technology cost . On verification it was found that this company has no regd office in India and the address given on the website is an American residential address with no such company ever located there. This company claims to be some partner of Flynaut.com a web designing company is US which never confirmed any linkages with them nor have posted any such detail on their website.
The two Vendors Mr Rohit and Vipin are also fraudsters.
