Snapdeal – Mobile not replacing by sending defective

I am Debasish Rakshit, mobile no. – 8982870825, purchased a redemi note 3 mobile on 15 Nov 16. through Order No. 16657947613 dated 10 Nov 16 from Snapdeal. This mobile not working properly from initial. I have requested for replacement on 20 Nov 16 as it was 14 days return /replacement warranty. Initially they accepted my request, but after one day they told to go service Centre to verify that problem. I have gone to service Centre & they worked with the mobile & accepted that mobile was faulty. Same informed to Snapdeal & sent service Centre document by scanning with email. But Snapdeal not responding for replacement. Now I am requesting through this forum justice.
