hi i am pampa das. recent i buy a flat. registry over now. all types payment clear from our side. i am paying all amount by cheque. but now my promoter (sonali construction)come and force me to paid service tax. my flat valuation rs. 9,50,000 . and he want rs. 37000 for service tax. i want to know that what is procedure? please inform me by mail. my mail id [email protected]
