Snapdeal fraud and harassment

I have purchased the DELL Monitor from Snapdeal, order ID 2114272443, I received the product on 20th May 2014. I observed that DELL warranty card,which the site claims for 3 yrs is missing and I registered a complaint to the customer

care on 22 May 2014. I got a reply from Customer care that there would be no warranty provided! Now without the warranty I dont want to use the product, I doubt if the product is genuinely new! Also, SNAPDEAL has not provided any FREEBIE

which was promised with 3G Aircel Data for 3 months,even after 7 days of delivery I haven’t received it! I want to return the product and get my refund! Well I dont trust the seller, as the product doesnt seem to be new! I would request

SNAPDEAL to attend to this problem and initiate the refund immediately!

I am not sure y snapdeal is selling products without warranty and even after so many requests has not done any thing in this regard! The product description says 3 years warranty with the product, how will i claim warranty when there is

no warranty card provided to me??

No regard for customers!
