insurence amt reject by icici lombard general insurance company

Dear Sir,
i am Ramesh chandra malviya and i have complaint ICICI Lombard general insurance company. i insurance my bike in this company policy no. 3005/84645456/00/000 and it is lost by theft dated 04/03/2014 and same day this case i FIR in nearest police station.

Company have decided to reject my claim amount. company employee call me for this information.
What i do ?
