SNAPDEAL doesnt returns wrong delivered products

I have purchased “Urban Woods Olive Brown Loafers (Size: 8 UK/Ind) | Rs. 899” through Snap deal. Order Placed on: 2013-05-10 09:37:32. Order ID: 984655387.Delhivery courier service under AWB no. 11116444362 delivered to me on May 15, 2013, 8:49 p.m. Snapdeal had sent me GREEN pair and I have ordered Olive Brown. I have called up Snapdeal’s customer care on May 15 09:16 pm (IST) and made them aware of this and opened a ticket ((ticket #2123630) to replace this order. They have provided me the return instructions and accordingly I have repacked the pair of unused shoes.16th May and 17th May I have written an email again and this time I copied the CEO of Snapdeal Mr. Kunal Bahl so that he is also aware of this and can help me expedite this process and by this time 48 hours have already been passed but no response was given back by Snapdeal team. On 18th their customer care representative Ms. Honey Chopra responded back to me and informed that package will be picked up by Blue Dart courier. Then I called to their customer care number on May 23rd 2013 and spoke to Mr. Mrinal Shandilya who is apparently a Supervisor in Customer care team and he promised me that the return pickup will be done by 5 pm on May 23rd. And as always no one came for pickup.On May 28th I have got a call from Delhivey courier that they will be coming for the reverse pickup BUT by this time I was completely broken down by such rude and neglected behavior of Snapdeal company and at this point I have made up my mind that I WILL fight for justice .I denied returning the parcel. I had an overseas trip scheduled on June 1st for which I have ordered these shoes which I have clearly mentioned to the customer care on the very first day when I opened the ticket that I want my replacement to be done at the earliest. And I left for abroad on June 1ST without those shoes which I have purchased for this purpose only. I have gone through a lot of mental tension because of Snapdeal. Please help!!

    i ordered a lenovo idea tab A3000 on 5th of feb’14..order no.-1673801205..it was supposed to delivered on 10th feb..today is 21st still i did not get the product..i have talked to all persons of snapdeal about it but get no positive response..they are only manipulating me..neither they refund nor deliver the product..;last time i have talked to Mr. mrinal shandilya,Floor supervisor of snapdeal. he told me it will be delivered to anyhow on 20th but no result..i want a strong action against snapdeal.
