Respected Sir/ Madam,
I am Sachin Gupta, a customer support engineer at HP Partner Sysnet Global

technologies Pvt. Ltd., New Delhi. I have encountered a serious case of fraud,

harassment and calculated cheating with Hero Motocorp. They are not resolving my

issue with my bike and even not accepting the fault of the bike.
I purchased an Hero Ignitor bike on 3rd December 2012 Costs Rs 65700/- (that is too much for a middle class family person). Though with great

expectations I have purchased the Bike I have been encountering problems with the

Bike. Since five, five and a half months, after the first service on 30th Dec.

2012 bike is making abnormal noise from its engine and lots of vibration due to

this I can not run the bike beyond 40 kmph even after 30-35 kmph also. And I reported it

to the service center after 2days and they told me its normal and will resolve on

2nd service and they have not register any complaint for it .
But the problem was increasing day by day so I decided to take my bike to
another service center for 2nd service and my 2nd service was done at ARC
Motors okhla on 3rd March 2013 and that time also my issues was not
resolved and told them but that person says me this is a common problem in this

perticular model and will resolved after 3rd service. I lost my patience and I

filled a query form on Hero Motocorp website but no responce from
them also.
My 3rd service done on 25 May 2013 at Pashupati Motors Neb Sarai and they
accepted that this is a genuine problem and told me we have registered your
complaint and will call me after got the parts for replacement but till
date I have not received any call from them.
Now I am facing another problem with front wheel its also making noise so I

visited to service center Pashupati Motors Neb sarai and the service engineer

told issue with disc brake pads and would be changed on chargable basis and

question is why i would pay charges for this bacause bike is just 7 month old and

is in under warrenty, how it can be faulty in just 7 month its really a WORST

PRODUCT i ever used.
Now I really feeling cheated by Hero motocorp and I have made a wrong decision to

go for HERO
bike.
For this all issues I have visited many times to the service center and Zonal

office at Katwariya Sarai but they are even not listening me properly.
I have send Email to [email protected] on 29 June 2013 and reminder also but

response.
I urge you to take strong measures against Hero Motocorp for fraud and harassing

its customers. I urge you to force Hero Motocorp to replace my bike. I also

demand Hero to pay me rupees 5 lakh for one time as a compensation for my mental

harassment.

    Hero is a big cheater.. I don’t came to understand that y they want to loose their cx.. the same problem is with my bike.. I too raise a complaint regarding this but no one respond to me.. we shall go for social harassment case that he does for us.. we are not a single cx who is facing the same issue, there r millions of cx who is facing the same issue.. sachin my bro I am with you, come on we shall raise a complaint against the fraud & harassment which they done against the loyal cx of hero..

    Its really sad to hear that Hero is giving this type of product and services, I will not advise anyone to buy Hero.

    Guys today I have received call from them and they have asked me to submit my bike to service center for parts replacment.
    So I have submitted my bike there and they were asking me to pay for disc pads but I denied to pay.

    Don’t pay anything to those frauds people. If they r not listening to you then raise a FIR against the HERO. It was well when it was HERO HONDA but after separation it becomes worst.
