i have bought a moto e 2nd gen 3g 8gb.but the product was damaged like broken screen.so i complained.and they said an engineer will visit to take the phone and will replace my phone.A return / replace request is under process (Ticket Id: 19855348).my phone no is 8101310430.i want my replace my phone quick,because i am a student and i belongs to a very poor family
